By browsing this site or submitting an enrolment enquiry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us before paying any deposit.

Training, not brokerage

Our lessons teach technical analysis and momentum signal interpretation. We do not provide personalised financial product advice, execute trades, hold client money, or guarantee trading results. Any charts discussed in class are educational examples.

Enrolment

Places are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and, where requested, a deposit. Workshop dates and capacities appear on the workshop calendar and may change if a tutor is unavailable; we will offer an alternate date or refund under the refund policy.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, printed packs, and site content remain the property of Automated Platforms. You may keep personal notes and annotated homework for your own study. You may not copy course materials for resale, public distribution, or competing classes without written permission.

Conduct

Students must treat peers and tutors respectfully, arrive ready to mark charts, and avoid sharing other students’ trade ideas outside the room without consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Automated Platforms is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
