What we collect

Enquiry forms may include your name, email, lesson preference, charting experience, and message content. Enrolment may additionally include billing details for invoices and accessibility notes you choose to share.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, allocate workshop seats, issue invoices, improve class materials, and meet record-keeping duties under Australian law.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless you become an enrolled student. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years or as required by tax law. You may request deletion of marketing-style notes that are not required for legal retention.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share details with accounting providers who process invoices, email hosts that deliver messages, and regulators when required by law. Tutors engaged for a specific intake see only the information needed to run that intake.

International transfers

Some email or hosting providers may process data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, including contractual clauses with providers.

Your rights
